Remote-first with a home base in Yogyakarta & Bandung. All roles are full-time unless noted.

About the Role

You are the first point of contact for every guest who wants to stay with us. Your job is to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings — by phone, WhatsApp, or OTA messages — and to manage reservations accurately across all channels so nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibility

    • Handle incoming reservation requests across phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTA messaging platforms
    • Accurately input, amend, and cancel bookings in the PMS with zero tolerance for double-booking
    • Communicate rate, availability, and room type information clearly and persuasively
    • Coordinate with front office on special requests, early arrivals, and VIP guests
    • Maintain daily reservation reports and update channel manager when needed
    • Identify upsell opportunities (room upgrades, add-ons) during the booking process
    • Respond to guest inquiries within defined SLA windows

About the Role

You own our presence on every digital channel — OTAs, GDS, metasearch, and our direct booking engine. You make sure our content is accurate, our rates are competitive, and our distribution strategy converts traffic into revenue. You work closely with revenue and marketing to execute on pricing decisions in real time.

Responsibility

    • Manage and optimize property listings across all OTA and metasearch platforms
    • Maintain content quality: photos, descriptions, room categories, policies, and amenities
    • Execute rate and availability updates via channel manager, ensuring parity across channels
    • Monitor OTA ranking, review scores, and visibility metrics; recommend corrective actions
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns and flash deals with revenue and marketing teams
    • Track booking source contribution and conversion by channel; present monthly analysis
    • Liaise with OTA market managers and escalate connectivity or content issues
